TECNALIA leads WP3 which develops the SMARTeeSTORY approach to operational modelling, optimization, and control of buildings. TECNALIA will mainly contribute with physics-based models and early-stage calibration, models for long and short term forecast, validation of SMARTeeSTORY control logics developed in previous stages, producing a Modelling Handbook stating the requested model quality and available information in real buildings for the general case.  TECNALIA also has an important role on WP1 and coordinates the identification of the digitalization requirements and KPIs for the project and SMARTeeSTORY SRI-based assessment tool for historic buildings.
